Mehmet Tekbas is a financial strategist with over 25 years of experience in international finance, banking, and investment operations. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Management from Americus University and a Master’s degree in Finance, blending academic depth with practical financial leadership.
Earlier in his career, Mehmet was appointed Director of the Zurich office of Anglo American Banctrust, where he played a key role in facilitating cross-border finance and fiduciary operations. His work has spanned multiple jurisdictions, including Switzerland, Germany, Turkey, and the United States.
At Luxium, Mehmet leads financial governance, asset deployment, and real-world investment strategy. He is instrumental in structuring Luxium’s long-term model of reinvesting up to 60% of capitalization into real estate and income-generating assets to back the Luxium digital currency.
